The station opened its doors for the first time in 1969. In 1989, Sirdalsruta moved into the premises we have today. The bus company ran the station until the current owners took over on 1 December 2002.
It is a traditional petrol station, with a car wash, trailer rental, fast food and bake-off, and a lotto and Rikstoto agent.
