Route description:
This old track is part of the old «Nordgardsvegen» between Tonstad and Bjørnestad. The road connected further west across the moors to Rogaland. You enter the original sunken lane on the edge of the ski arena.
It leads you to «Drikkekjelda» (the Drinking Spring) and further down the old hills to Viraksvegen. Drikkekjelda is a horse-watering trough made from a hollowed-out stone.
