Description:
From Hompland, 6 km north of Tonstad, there is a path to Håghedlar via Nystøl and Urvatn.

South of Hompland, by the bridge over Hemså, you will find a path going up the hills, across some pastures and then some dirt roads. After a while you will see a sign directing you to continue on a path inwards. You will circle Øvre Løyntjønn and then pass over a bog before Heimrestøl. Further up the path will split eastwards, from the path to Steindalsknuten, passing Nyestøl, leading to Håghedlar in the east.

Between Håghedlar and Urvatn the path will pass over wet but beautiful terrain and you will find a path, from Urvatn, down through the valley.
