The trek starts by Langavatn Turisthytte

Description:
From Langavatn go south-west towards Rundavatnet. Towards the end of Rundavatnet you will cross two creeks before proceeding up to around 945 meters over sea level. From here, continue down hill towards a small pond on your left hand. By the end of this pond you will pass an even smaller pond and you will have a beautiful view over the lush Blåstøldalen. The path follows the river that snakes its way underneath the steep mountains, all the way to Blåstølen, two kilometers down the valley. By Blåstøl you will pass the ruins of some old farm buildings that used to be in active use until the beginning of the 1900s. You should estimate about two hours for this part of the trek. From Blåstøl the path continues down the valley and you will see the lush Litle Fidjadalen. By the next crossing path, continue towards Blåfjellenden. After a while you will arrive by a fenced-in sheeps pasture. Climb the fence at the assigned spot and you should see the cabins by Blåfjellenden and a suspension bridge over Leiresåna towards the cabins.
